Art Classes for Kids
Baby Beetles
Baby Beetles is a 90-minute art session dedicated to kids aged 3 to 4 years of age. Our curriculum is specifically designed to engage and delight our Baby Beetles.
In addition to the sensory experience art provides children, our Baby Beetles will also be introduced to the different art fundamentals, mediums and tools.
We believe that this is an influential stage for children to cultivate their love for arts. At Artsy Bugsy, there are no art rules and no mistakes. We strongly believe that every child is an artist in their own right and they are encouraged to express themselves in their own unique way as we guide them through their art journey.
Our target for this age group is to focus on imagination, emotional and cognitive development through activities that involve storytelling and craft making.
This fun and interactive program will help build our Baby Beetles’ confidence, art appreciation and tap into their precious imagination.

Our aim is for each child to bring home an art project every two weeks.
Mini Mantis
The Mini Mantis program is thoughtfully designed and offers young children aged 5 to 6 the opportunity to learn creative skills that will establish a foundation in the ability to draw, paint and create.
Students are introduced to different art dimensions and themes, while allowing them to exercise their own creative thinking skills and using their imaginations to bring forth their own uniqueness through their art works.
Creative activities challenge their developing fine motor skills and coordination, and engage their sensory awareness. Our aim is to give kids the opportunity to think creatively through numerous experiments and experiences, while understanding the world around them.

Our aim is for each child to bring home an art project every two weeks.
Little Ladybugs
In our Little Ladybugs class, students aged 7 to 9 are guided through the different levels of art techniques that will allow them to express their ideas into masterpieces.
Our Little Ladybugs will explore a range of art techniques and mediums whilst paying tribute to various local and famous artists throughout the year, as well as exposing kids to a variety of art mediums and products that will get their creative juices flowing, nurturing them into a young confident artist.
We will explore ways and methods to plan, design, change and create their ideas as well as problem-solve when creations don’t go to plan. Our Little Ladybugs will be mentored and individual art techniques are enhanced.

Junior Jumping Beans
The Jr. Jumping Beans classes are structured to help students aged 10 to 12 years old to develop a deeper understanding of the different art mediums and concepts.
This module exposes students to different art styles with the aim of grooming creative thought and expressions.

Budding Butterflies
The Budding Butterflies program is specially created for students aged 13 to 16 years old.
​
As this curriculum goes beyond the art curriculum at school, this program provides comprehensive training for students who wish to advance their talent.
In addition to our students exploring a range of art techniques and mediums, the foundational skills to drawing and painting will be further enhanced.
Ultimately, our Budding Butterflies will be able to express their own concepts and ideas with the observation skills they’ve learnt.
